Boiled Pineapple Fruit Cake

Boiled Pineapple Fruit Cake....a nice pineapple cake recipe to try ! Great !

INGREDIENTS
  • 450 g Crushed pineapple
  • 125 g Butter
  • 375 g Mixed fruit
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 ts Mixed spices
  • 1 ts Baking soda
  • 1 pn Salt
  • 1 c S. r. flour
  • 1 c Plain flour
  • 2 Beaten eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil first 7 ingredients for 10 mins. allow to cool. Add sifted flours and eggs. Place mixture in a 18cm (7") square tin lined with greaseproof paper.
Cook for 1 hr. at 160 C. (320 F).
Test with skewer. Leave in tin for 5 mins. , then turn on to rack to cool.
Store in airtight container.The pineapple cake recipe with fruit is ready to serve...enjoy !

Banana Pineapple Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. bananas, diced
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (Important - do not use electric mixer!) Sift together first 5
ingredients in large bowl. Dice bananas and add to the dry ingredients. Then add oil,
pineapple with juice, vanilla and eggs. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon. Pour into a 9
inch greased tube pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool in pan.
Remove from pan. Don't frost. The pineapple cake recipe is ready to serve...

Apricot Pineapple Cake

APRICOT PINEAPPLE CAKE....a nice pineapple cake recipe to try....great !

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. Apricot Apple Butter
  • 1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. Fruit Sweet

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the eggs, butter, Apricot Apple Butter, pineapple and dried apricots until thoroughly blended. Mix the flour and baking soda together, then combine with the egg mixture alternately with the Fruit Sweet. Mix until the batter is smooth. Bake in a 9"x12" greased and floured pan at 340 degrees for 40 minutes or until cake springs back when pressed lightly. Remove the cake from the oven. Cool, turn out and cool completely. This cake is best served the next day. The pineapple cake recipe is ready to serve...enjoy the cake...delicious !

NO MIX CHERRY, PINEAPPLE NUT CAKE ...a nice pineapple cake recipe ...try it out !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed undrained pineapple
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 stick butter

INSTRUCTIONS
Grease a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Spread pineapple over bottom of pan. Spoon pie filling over pineapple. Sprinkle dry cake mix over fruit. Spread nuts over cake. Slice butter into thin slices and place over nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown. The pineapple cake recipe is ready to serve...delicious !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can of crushed pinapple in its own juice
  • 1 box of 1 step angel food cake mix (1 step kind)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix these ingredients together and bake in an oblong cake pan at 325 degrees for about 25 to 30 min.Honest, it is that easy, no fat, very low calories, and tastes great. For an extra treat sprinkle coconut flakes on top before baking. Serve with non-fat Cool Whip. The pineapple cake recipe is ready...nice taste ! Great !

INGREDIENTS
Cake:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can (11 oz.) Mandarin oranges
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350*F.
In a large bowl, mix all of the cake ingredients until moist. Beat by hand for 2 minutes.
Coat a 13" x 9" pan with non-stick spray.
Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.

Frosting:
  • 1 container (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, mix together all of the frosting ingredients until well blended. Spread over cake. Store in the refrigerator. NOTE: To make a multilayer cake, bake in two 9" pans for 25 minutes, or until they test done. Place the cooled layers on platter and spread frosting on bottom layer, then place top layer on top and frost top and sides. The pineapple cake recipe of orange is ready to serve....enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (include juice)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ingredients well and pour into long pan (9 x 13).Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

FROSTING:
  • 1 8 oz pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
Mix well and pour over warm pineapple cake.
