PINEAPPLE COCONUT CAKE ICING
A great pineapple cake recipe icing to try !
INGREDIENTS

• 1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
• 1 tsp. flour
• 1 stick butter
• 1 c. nuts (if desired)
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 can or 14 oz frozen or flaked dehydrated coconut

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook until thick: Pineapple, butter, eggs, flour and sugar. Add nuts and coconut. Pour over hot cake. The pineapple cake recipe icing is ready...
